1. Check device subscription information: Diagnostic APP main interface → Settings → Subscription Info
2. Use activation code to renew: Diagnostic APP main interface → Settings → Subscription Info → Add subscription → Enter activation code(not case sensitive) → Verify (check subscription information interface subscription validity period)

Activation code composition

1. The activation code is 16 characters long and consists of numbers and letters (not case sensitive when entering)
2. The activation code is unique and can only be used once.

How to update the APP for an expired device?

A: Expired devices cannot pull update packages online. For the time being, you can only subscribe according to the old process. After that, you only need to enter the activation code online.

Do I need to be online to use the activation code?

A: When using the activation code, the device needs to be connected to the Internet for normal renewal and activation.

The activation code is used successfully, and the subsequent time does not change or increase. How to solve it?

A: Sometimes the server is delayed and the subscription information cannot be updated in time. You can find the refresh button after the basic information on the subscription information interface. After the device is connected to the network and refreshed, observe whether it will change. If it still does not change, please email feedback in time.

How to obtain the activation code?

A: We will send you an activation code after you pay. You can directly enter it and use it.

Are activation codes case-sensitive?

A: Enter the activation code directly. The letters are uppercase by default.

Can I continue to use the activation code to renew my subscription after it expires?

A: You can purchase a new activation code to renew.

Can I choose the renewal period?
