It depends on the inventory status of our overseas warehouses. We have overseas warehouses in the US, CA, MX, EU, UK, RU, AU, and SA. If the product is available in the overseas warehouse, it usually takes only 1 - 2 days to deliver by express. However, if the overseas warehouse is out of stock, we will ship the product from China, and it usually takes 3 - 7 days to arrive.

No, the VCI and tablet are one-to-one matching. If your VCI is broken, you need to order a new one. You cannot use A30 directly as a Bluetooth adapter. Although A30 and VCI may look similar, they are only the same in appearance and are not interchangeable.
