2. Advanced ECU Coding & Flash Hidden Functions & PMI

   • The XTOOL D8W Bluetooth Diagnostic Tool supports ECU coding for Audi, VW, and Skoda to perform ECU Coding, Component Matching, and Adaptive Data Reset.
   • Flash Hidden Functions are available for Ford, Lincoln, Mazda, BMW, VW, Audi, Skoda, Toyota, and Lexus, allowing users to disable seat belt alarms, auto start-stop, daytime running lights, and maximum speed limiters, among other customizations.
   • PMI (Programmable Module Installation) is supported for Ford, Lincoln, and Mazda, enabling code copying into used modules.

3. OE-Level All Systems Diagnostics

   • The D8W can scan all available vehicle systems, including Engine, Transmission, ABS, Airbag, Brake, Body, Chassis, HVAC, and Radio, for dealer-level diagnostics.
   • It supports reading and clearing DTCs, live data stream graphing (fuel trims, misfire, transmission oil temperature, mass airflow, clutch sensors, O2 sensors, ABS speed sensors), data export as CSV, freeze frame retrieval, ECU info, and turning off warning lights or resetting monitors on various systems.

   • These tests provide in-depth diagnostic results and help pinpoint fault causes, like identifying a faulty injector accurately.
   • Note: Available active tests may vary across vehicles, and older vehicles tend to have fewer tests available.

6. Professional Key Programming Function

   • The XTOOL D8W includes IMMO and key programming services that can disable lost vehicle keys and program new key fobs.
   • It supports functions like reading PIN codes, PIN code calculation, checking the number of keys, generating new keys, adding keys, and handling all-key-lost scenarios.
